Malcolm Gladwell now only interviews for his staff on the telephone for compelling reasons. Most people I know have purchased anything you can think of online while sitting in their chair. According to my one of my colleagues many have even found their life partners online. With electronic signing platforms clients can sign on all sorts of legal binding documents. I can access several platforms which allow me to complete a virtual evaluation of your home, and provide you with weekly statistics of what is happening in the real estate market in this new environment.

People have been meeting virtually, exercising with strangers & taking courses for credits online for a while. While sped up by this pandemic, it was only a matter of time before viewings and sales of homes were going to end up virtual.
